The intent of the law is to be balanced for justice. To accomplish justice, the scales must be adjusted for the gains or losses which affect the parties involved. There may be times during the negotiations for justice where the scales of justice are out of balance and weighted toward one side or the other. With presentation of fair evidence for examination by judges or jury, the scales are adjusted.
At Chase Family Law, our intention is to maintain balance and fairness with efficient productivity. We honor the law and treat all parties with highest ethical civility, but are focused on advocacy for our clients.
